Returns & Exchanges

We pride ourselves on no quibble returns!

It is very rare for items to be faulty and we are confident you will be delighted with your purchase.

If there is any damage or missing parts, then please contact us via email at customerservice@inspiredtoybox.co.uk within 7 days of delivery quoting your invoice/order number.

We will supply the missing parts or a new identical product. We normally ask for a photo of the damage and may ask for the item to be returned to us. If so, we will provide a free returns label.

In the unfortunate situation that you are unhappy with any item(s), you may return them to us for a full refund / exchange. The item(s) must be in a fully re-saleable condition, and you must notify us within 14 days of your intention to return any item(s) and ensure they are returned to us within 30 days of the initial purchase invoice date.

Please email us in the first instance so that we can provide you with a returns reference, once this is provided, we will advise you on the necessary next steps, dependant on a refund or exchange request being made. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that haven’t been issued a returns reference, as you can appreciate, we receive a lot of mail and we want to ensure that your return is correctly recorded and a refund can be issued.

If exchanging item(s) and the cost of the new item(s) is less, we will issue a refund for the difference. If the cost is more, we will contact you for payment.

Returns postage in both instances is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend sending the goods back with an insured or trackable delivery partner of your choice and retaining this information until you are satisfied that it has been safely delivered.

Christmas Returns

Any purchases made between 1st November and 24th December 2022 are eligible for a full refund or exchange until 31st January 2023.
